Jugurtha is very holistic in his approach, from my toes up to my neck, he made all the adjustments necessary to facilitate healing throughout my body. After the second session as well as following his advice on stretches, supplements and adjustments to my routines, I am almost completely rehabilitated. We are seeing how the next week goes and decide if I need to come back for 1 more session. With physio, I was told I would need 6-8 sessions to recover. The price is higher for osteo than physio but with results in half the time, you're saving money and time for yourself in the long run.
